GoLIM aims to build many Learning Centers in different places where education, medical, libraries and other skill building activities are conducted so that the local communities and churches are benefited.

Pr. Amjad Waryam Alam was born in Karachi, Pakistan and received his initial education from Pakistan Adventist Seminary & College, Farooqabad Mandi District Sheikhupura, Punjab Province, Pakistan. After completing his higher secondary education he moved to Karachi where he studied further and started his career as Human Resource Director at Karachi Adventist Hospital and then joined as Pakistan Union Publishing department as Colporteur and due to his dedication and hard work he was appointed as the Publishing Director at Pakistan Union of SDA. Later on he moved to Thailand Adventist Mission where he worked as Publishing Director. From Thailand he and his family moved to California USA.
He completed his where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix. Then completed a Master of Arts in Christian Education from Far East Advent School of Theology International, Philippines, and then completed his Doctor of Humanities and Doctor of Pastoral Studies from the same university.
His zeal to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, Church and to serve humanity, especially the Christian people in Pakistan and the Adventist Church as a whole in Pakistan. He was able to register his tax exempted organization namely “God of Life International Ministry” from the State of California, USA in 2012. God of Life International Ministry became an active member of Adventist Laymen Services Industries (ASI) since 2014. Since that time the Lord has worked in his life and through him miraculously. He prepared many volumes of gospel songs to be sung in churches and during evangelistic meetings. He has been traveling around the world to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching, and distribution of Bibles and Spirit of Prophecy Books in English and Urdu languages and distribution of ration to deserving families, and building and renovating churches in Pakistan.
