The Great Commission

Evangelizing the world was the Great Commission commanded to us by Jesus. Matthew 28: 19-20 says, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Evangelizing

As ministry leaders, it’s important that the love and light of God are evident everywhere we may go; at home, around the neighborhood, in the villages and cities. People will see the evidence of God’s love through you. By displaying God’s love all around us, we encourage others to ask God to help them do the same.

A huge amount of outreach is done through our church families, GoLIM workers, and volunteers to reach the unreached areas in Pakistan. Assuming that your members fully understand God’s call to make disciples of all nations. Consistently come back to the Great Commission and understand what it really means for you and your congregations.

Evangelism can be done by Individuals

Without evangelism, it is impossible to spread the word of Christ to the world. The unfortunate thing is that there are so many people who haven’t heard the gospel, even just in your own community. This can be very discouraging news, but we have been given such a wonderful opportunity to spread the love of Christ.

Mission trips are an example of a great way you can show God’s love to those who may not know Him. Volunteering at different places is another way for your church to display God’s love. A lot of people think that you have to do these huge acts or go across the world to make a difference, but the truth is that there are so many ways to show God’s love that doesn’t even involve leaving your community. Even performing simple acts like holding a door open, helping someone cross the street, or complimenting someone is sharing the love of God.
